Disturbanity
Matthias Gephart is a passionate designer and artist from Germany.
He found his studio Disturbanity 2003 in western Germany`s Ruhr area and moved to Berlin at the end of 2006.
Matthias excentric style won the Red Dot Design Award, 100 Beste Plakate, and the ADC Award. He has infiltrated loads of books and magazines on contemporary graphic design and illustration, publications like HANDMADE, ILLUSIVE, FREISTIL or PUNK IS DEAD PUNK IS EVERYTHING, only to name a few. His clients include small underground record labels as well as upper level advertisement agencies. His projecs vary from CD jackets and magazines to poster, book, t-shirt and board illustrations. He also works on canvases and aerosol paintings as well as in the field of photography – yes, he`s a creataholic. A series of Matthias Gepharts canvas works will be exhibited at the international art festival ARTRMX COLOGNE this summer.
